    内化与外化

    内化与外化都是重要的，最后达到同化，达到内外俱一。
     
    内化并不能带来直接的收益，但是非常和重要，
     
    内化不能逃避，外化时必须注意内化，在外化的过程中对自己内化，
     
    内化很重要，但没有外化，内化也没了意义，
